Jessica Haart, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and provides mental health counseling services through Not Broken Therapy & Wellness, LLC.

Licensure can be verified through the Pennsylvania Department of State’s Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS). Licensed Professional Counselors in Pennsylvania are regulated by the State Board of Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists and Professional Counselors.
