THERAPY FOR ADULT ADHD

Helping  women with ADHD finally get their shit together.

Virtual Therapy Across Pennsylvania

Not Broken Therapy & Wellness

As someone who shares your journey, I understand that living with ADHD can feel like a never-ending battle.

Living with ADHD as a woman can feel like you’re constantly running through mud in flip flops. You’re juggling a million tabs in your brain, trying to stay on top of life while silently asking, “Why is this so hard for me?” ADHD in women is often misunderstood or completely missed—brushed off as anxiety, forgetfulness, or just “not trying hard enough.” But you know it runs deeper. You’re not lazy, broken, or alone—and therapy can help you finally stop fighting against yourself.

Having a therapist with ADHD is just different.

Which means I won’t give you generic advice like “just use a planner” or “try focusing harder.” I know the mental load, the emotional whiplash, and the never-ending pressure to keep up. Working with someone who’s been in your shoes means more compassion, less shame, and strategies that actually make sense for your brain

What's a therapy session like?

No forced eye contact — ever. Stare at the ceiling, the floor, or your fidget toy. I’m not offended

You're encouraged to stim (I will be!)

Interruptions? Totally fine. Say whatever pops into your head—this is a judgment-free zone with no such thing as “over-sharing”

No need to hide hyper fixations. Bring all your special interests into therapy!

No CBT here - we want to break the mold of traditional therapy.

Snacks are encouraged. Brains need fuel, especially spicy ones like ours.

TELL ME YOU HAVE ADHD WITHOUT TELLING ME YOU HAVE ADHD...

I'LL GO FIRST...

You've always been a sort of quiet, quirky daydreamer.

...and you like it that way. Growing up, people saw you as “cute” or “nice,” but they didn’t bother to scratch below the surface. So, you drifted through life in a bit of a haze—forgetful, kinda socially awkward, always chasing the next shiny thing. You’ve racked up more hobbies than most people have socks, and those special interests? They make you feel alive, even if they sometimes led you down unexpected paths—new careers, side hustles, random passion projects. But eventually, you realized that life wasn’t clicking together the way you thought it would.

You often feel bored, distracted and out of place.

...even with the people closest to you or in moments when you thought you’d finally fit in. You’ve felt like you had to shrink yourself down—play it safe just to belong, or at least not rock the boat. It’s left you feeling misunderstood and alone. Maybe the people around you are starting to lose patience, not getting why you are the way you are. Maybe you’re not even sure you get it yourself.

You're constantly analyzing social situations.

...trying to pinpoint where you went wrong. You’re always trying to blend in, to keep the peace, but it just leaves you drained. Tired, grumpy, and like no one really sees you—or wants to.

You feel things deeply.

It can be brutal to live in a world that just doesn’t get you. It hits your friendships, family, work, and even your love life. You’re ready to understand yourself better, embrace your neurodivergent identity, and finally feel free to show up as the real you.

Here's how it works

It was a big step just getting here. Let's make this next part simple.
