Your Guide to Using Out-of-Network Benefits for Therapy
Simple, step-by-step help with reimbursement, and getting the support you deserve.
LET ME BE THE FIRST TO TELL YOU

You are not broken.
Hey. I'm Jessica!
Therapist.
Recovering people-pleaser and fellow over-thinker who knows what it’s like when your own brain feels like the enemy.
I work with the ones who look fine on the outside but are secretly spiraling on the inside. You’re overthinking every text, carrying everyone else’s crap, and still feeling guilty.
I help you call BS on the “shoulds,” drop the shame, and finally start living a life that feels like yours.
Keeping it together on the outside. Falling apart on the inside.
Sound familiar?

HERE'S YOUR LITTLE VIBE CHECK
Out of Network Therapy
Was Made for You If…
You want a therapist who actually gets it... not one who nods and says "how does that make you feel?"
You're over being handed a 6-session limit and a worksheet.
You appreciate ease and love knowing someone else can handle the claim stuff for you.
You'd rather pay out of pocket than explain yourself to a portal and wait three weeks for an appointment.
Therapy doesn’t belong in insurance’s little boxes, and neither do you.
Here's How It Works
Therapy shouldn’t come with a side of paperwork.

You focus on showing up, not stressing out.

LET'S MAKE THIS EASY
What Out-of-Network Actually Means
Out-of-network (OON) therapy just means I’m not directly tied to your insurance company, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use your benefits. You pay for sessions upfront, and once you’ve met your deductible, your insurance starts reimbursing you.
Most clients get 50–80% of their session cost back, which means you can work with me, someone who actually gets your patterns and helps you move through them, and still save money in the process.
A Quick Example
Let’s say your deductible is $500 and my session fee is $220.
After about three sessions, you’ve met your deductible. From there, your cost per session could drop to around $44.
That’s therapy for less than your weekly coffee habit and a lot more life-changing.

The strain of trying to be everything for everyone, is fucking exhausting.
We're done with that BS.

Finding What Fits
Out-of-network therapy isn’t about making a “better” choice. It’s about making an informed one.
You might love the flexibility, privacy, and freedom it offers. You might also decide private pay feels simpler right now. Either way, the goal is the same: therapy that feels like a good fit for you and your life.
